The little things, handled.
Your todos, everything you copy and a focus timer, one click away in the menu bar. Press ⇧⌘T in any app, type, press Return. Done.
- One-time ₹499
- macOS 14 or later
- Apple silicon and Intel
- No account, no cloud
This is Tocal, working. Add a todo, tick one off, copy something, start a focus session.
Three tools. One icon.
Everything lives behind the t✓ in your menu bar. Click it, or press ⇧⌘T from any app.
Type. Return.
Done.
Tocal opens with the cursor already in “What needs to be done?”, from any app, without pulling you out of it. Close it and you’re right back where you were.

Plan the week
Pick a day in the calendar (⌘D) and the todo lands on it. Today comes first, then each day coming up.
Drag to reorder
Put what matters on top. The order you choose is the order that stays.
A little cheer
Tick something off and get a burst of confetti. Small wins deserve it.
Keys for everything
↑ ↓ to move, Space to complete, Return to edit, Delete to delete. The mouse is optional.
Copy once.
Keep it forever.
Everything you copy, text, links, code, images and files, lands in Tocal with when and where you copied it. Nothing is ever deleted automatically. Only you decide what goes.
No limit on how many, or for how long.
Anything password managers mark private is skipped, and so is everything copied in them.
It goes straight back on your clipboard. Return copies and closes, ready to paste.
Search all of it
Text, links, code, the app it came from, even kinds like “images”. Instant, and on your Mac.
Preview with Space
The whole text, selectable, or the image bigger, with when and where it was copied.
Copied twice? Kept once
Copying the same thing again moves it to the top and counts it, instead of adding it twice.
Pause or clear
Pause recording any time. Clear today, last week, last month, or everything.
Do one thing.
Pick a length and start. Do Not Disturb comes on, the countdown takes Tocal’s place in the menu bar, and a soft chime says when you’re done.
Silence, done right
Tocal turns Do Not Disturb on through Shortcuts, checks it really did, and only turns off what it turned on.
Keeps time through anything
Sleep, restarts, quitting Tocal: the session counts from when it started, so it always ends on time.
From anywhere
⇧⌘F opens Focus ready for Return. Ten minutes to six hours, or any length up to a day.
Never ends by accident
No shortcut stops a session. Ending one is always a deliberate click.
Your hands never leave the keyboard.
Your Mac.
Your data.
No account. No cloud. No analytics. Your todos and clipboard history live in Tocal’s own sandboxed folder on your Mac, and you can export all of it as one JSON file whenever you like.
No account
Nothing to sign up for or sign in to. Open it and go.
Nothing uploaded
Todos and clipboard never leave your Mac. Tocal goes online only to activate your license and check for updates.
Yours to take
Export everything, images included. Import only ever adds; it never overwrites.
Thoughtful, down to the details.
Updates, built in
New versions arrive inside Tocal. One click to install, every one of them included in your license.
Lives in the menu bar
No Dock icon, no window to manage. Until you want one.
The full window
⌘O opens everything with room to breathe.
Liquid Glass
On macOS 26, the card is made of the same glass as the rest of your Mac.
Launch at login
Starts quietly in the menu bar, without grabbing your keystrokes.
Light and dark
Follows your Mac’s appearance, whichever you choose.
Native, through and through
Built with SwiftUI and made only for the Mac. Sandboxed, signed, and at home next to the apps that came with it.

What do I need to run Tocal?
A Mac with macOS 14 Sonoma or later. Apple silicon and Intel Macs both work.
How do I unlock Tocal after buying?
Your license key appears as soon as checkout finishes, and arrives by email. Open Tocal, paste the key, click Activate. That’s it.
Is there a free trial or a refund?
There’s no trial, and all sales are final. But there’s one way to get your whole ₹499 back: write about Tocal on Reddit or X, and when your post reaches 2,000 views, we refund you and you keep Tocal. Here’s how.
Can I use it on more than one Mac?
One license works on one Mac at a time. Got a new Mac? Deactivate Tocal on the old one in Settings → License, then activate it on the new one.
macOS says it can’t verify Tocal. Is it safe?
Tocal is signed but not yet notarized by Apple, so macOS asks you to confirm the first time you open it: open System Settings → Privacy & Security and click Open Anyway. You only do this once, and updates install without asking. Step by step.
Are updates really free?
Yes. Every future version is included. Tocal checks for updates itself and installs them in one click.
Does Tocal need the internet?
Only to activate your license and to check for updates. Your todos and clipboard history never leave your Mac.
Is my clipboard history safe?
It’s stored only on your Mac, in Tocal’s sandboxed folder. Items that password managers mark as private are never saved, and neither is anything copied in Passwords, Keychain Access, 1Password, Bitwarden and other password managers.
I lost my license key.
Get it again on the license page with the email you bought Tocal with.
