By buying or using Tocal you agree to these terms. They’re short on purpose.
Your license
- A Tocal license is a one-time purchase for one person. It works on one Mac at a time, and you can move it to another Mac whenever you like by deactivating it on the old one.
- It includes every future update to Tocal for Mac, for as long as Tocal is developed.
- Please don’t share, resell or publish your license key. Keys that are shared publicly may be turned off.
Payments and refunds
Dodo Payments sells Tocal on our behalf as the merchant of record and handles payment, invoices and tax. All sales are final: see the refund policy, and Post about it, get 100% back for the one way to get your money back.
Your data
Everything you keep in Tocal stays on your Mac, and you’re responsible for backing it up (Settings → Data → Export makes that easy). See the privacy policy for what Tocal and this website handle.
The usual
Tocal is provided “as is”. We work hard to make it reliable, but we can’t be liable for lost data or indirect damages arising from its use, beyond the amount you paid for it.
